🌿 Workbook: Celebrating Freedom from Old Cycles
This workbook is designed to pair with the Activation “I Celebrate Freedom Now.”
It helps you recognize where unfinished patterns once held you, reframe them, and step into freedom across every area of life.
Part 1: Reflection – Spotting the Old Cycle
Write down examples of how these 5 repeating patterns have shown up in your past relationship(s):
-
The Pull
When did you feel drawn to them in ways you couldn’t explain?
What part of you craved their attention the most?
-
Repeating Loops
What arguments or disappointments happened again and again?
How did you feel stuck inside the loop?
-
Triggered Wounds
What fears or insecurities did this relationship expose?
Did you feel unseen, unworthy, or unchosen?
-
Hard to Release
How did they still live in your thoughts, dreams, or emotions long after things ended?
What would be different if your energy no longer rehearsed the past?
-
Growth Through Struggle
What did the pain force you to face in yourself?
How have you grown because of it?
Part 2: Reframe with “I Remember When… / I Celebrate Freedom Now…”
Take each old cycle you identified above and reframe it using these prompts:
I remember when… (describe the old pattern, wound, or loop).
I celebrate freedom now… (declare the new reality you are living).
Example:
I remember when I needed someone else to choose me to feel worthy.
I celebrate freedom now because I know my worth comes from within me.
Write one for each of the 5 repeating patterns.
Part 3: Release Ritual
Activity:
Write the person’s name (or the situation) on a piece of paper.
Beneath it, write everything you still wish they understood.
Read it out loud once.
Then safely burn, shred, or bury the paper, saying:
“I bless your journey. I release your energy. This chapter is complete.”
Reflection Questions:
What emotions rose up as you did this?
How does your body feel now compared to before?
Part 4: Daily Breath Practice
For 7 days, begin your morning with this simple breath ritual:
Place your hand on your heart.
Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 8.
On each exhale, silently say:
“I release the past. I open my heart to freedom.”
Tracking:
At the end of each day, write one sentence on how your body and mind felt after this practice.
Part 5: Integration Journal
Use one of these prompts each evening:
Where did I notice freedom today?
What moment reminded me that I am already whole?
What new possibility opened up because I let go?
Part 6: Embodying Freedom in All Areas
Draw 4 circles on a page and label them:
Heart 💜 (relationships, love)
Mind 🧠 (thoughts, beliefs)
Body 💪 (health, energy)
Spirit ✨ (clarity, purpose)
In each circle, write one way you now live in freedom. Example:
Heart: “I create relationships that feel light and joyful.”
Mind: “I celebrate that I no longer replay old regrets.”
Body: “I release tension and breathe in peace.”
Spirit: “I live aligned with clarity and wholeness.”
Part 7: Closing Mantra
Repeat daily:
-
“I bless their journey. I release their energy. I open my heart to a higher love. I celebrate freedom now.”

🌿 Activation Thought Exercise: “I Celebrate Freedom Now”(Voiced-only — rewritten with new terminology)
Take a deep breath in…
Hold it gently…
and slowly exhale.[pause]
Another breath in…
filling your chest, your belly…
and exhale… soft, steady, peaceful.[pause]
Now let your body relax.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your heart open.[pause]
And as you settle here…
I want you to remember.[pause]
I remember when the pull was so strong.
The magnetic force of a relationship that felt impossible to resist.
The kind of pull that felt like it had power over me.
I remember when that grip defined me.
But I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate that my soul is no longer tied to unfinished agreements.
I celebrate that my energy is aligned with peace, not with old attachments.
I celebrate that I am free to walk toward joy without chains.[pause]
I remember when the same patterns repeated.
The same arguments. The same silence.
The same cycle that circled like a storm I thought would never pass.
I remember when I lived inside that loop.
But I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate that the cycle is complete.
I celebrate that old lessons no longer need repeating.
I celebrate that my story moves forward—always forward.[pause]
I remember when my wounds were raw.
When every word, every look, every memory triggered something deep in me.
The ache of not being enough.
The pain of not being chosen.
I remember when those wounds had power over me.
But I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate that I am chosen by the light within me.
I celebrate that I see my worth clearly.
I see me.
I choose me.
I love me.[pause]
I remember when letting go felt impossible.
When their shadow still lived in my thoughts, my dreams, my heart.
I remember when I still rehearsed their regret in my mind.
But I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate that the entanglement is gone.
I celebrate that my soul is clear.
I celebrate that my energy is whole again.
And I breathe deeply in the wide-open space of my own life.[pause]
I remember when the pain was my teacher.
When loss felt like the only language I knew.
When heartbreak pressed me to my knees.
But I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate that the lesson has been received.
I celebrate that pain has served its purpose.
And now wisdom, joy, and peace are my companions.[pause]
I celebrate freedom now in every area of my life.
I celebrate freedom in my heart—where love flows freely without old ties.
I celebrate freedom in my mind—where peace replaces old stories.
I celebrate freedom in my body—where strength rises as tension fades.
I celebrate freedom in my spirit—where I am whole, clear, and at rest.[pause]
I celebrate freedom in my relationships—where connection is built on joy, not need.
I celebrate freedom in my work—where purpose flows without proving myself.
I celebrate freedom in my future—where love meets me in wholeness, not in wounds.[pause]
I remember when it was heavy.
And I celebrate that it is light now.[pause]
I remember when I was bound.
And I celebrate that I am free now.[pause]
I remember when my soul was entangled.
And I celebrate that the entanglement is released.[pause]
I bless their journey.
I release their energy.
And I open my heart to a higher love.[pause]
I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate freedom now.
I celebrate freedom now.[pause]
Breathe this in…
deeply…
let freedom fill every cell.[pause]
And as you exhale…
smile softly.
Because it is finished.
Because you are free.
Because you are whole.[pause]
Carry this freedom into every breath.
Every step.
Every choice.
Celebrate freedom now…
because it is yours.
