There are many versions of you.
[Longer Pause]
Different parts…
from different moments in your life.
[Longer Pause]
Some are younger.
Some are wounded.
Some are trying to keep you safe.
Some are still waiting to be seen.
[Longer Pause]
And even though they live in the same body…
these parts don’t always agree.
[Longer Pause]
Sometimes they fight.
Sometimes they hide.
Sometimes they try to take over just to survive.
[Longer Pause]
But what if these parts…
could heal their relationship with each other?
[Longer Pause]
What if… instead of running the show alone…
they could come back together—into peace, into partnership, into wholeness?
[Longer Pause]
This is a moment for that.
[Longer Pause]
Let’s begin.
You’re standing at the foot of a long, old bridge.
[Longer Pause]
It stretches so far into the distance…
you can’t even see where it ends.
[Longer Pause]
On the other side of that bridge…
is the version of you you’ve been chasing.
[Longer Pause]
The one who finally gets it right.
The one who never messes up.
The one who earns everyone’s approval.

You’ve been walking toward them for years.
Maybe even decades.
[Longer Pause]
Trying.
Proving.
Performing.
[Longer Pause]
But the more you walk…
the more that version of you stays just out of reach.

So today…
we stop walking.

Step off the bridge.
Feel your feet land on solid ground.

Breathe.
[Longer Pause]
Let your shoulders drop.

Let your stomach soften.

And now… take a seat.
Right beside the version of you that exists right now.

The one who’s still healing.
Still learning.
Still wondering if they’re enough.

Look at them… gently.

And say this:
“You don’t have to earn love anymore.”
[Longer Pause]
“You don’t have to perform to be safe.”
[Longer Pause]
“You are already enough.”
[Longer Pause]
Not because you’re perfect…
but because you’re here.
[Longer Pause]
You’re human.
You’re still trying.
You’re still showing up.

That’s more than enough.
[Longer Pause]
Now…
See a younger version of yourself sitting nearby.

Maybe they’re 6.
Or 10.
Or just lost.
[Longer Pause]
What do you see in their eyes?
[Longer Pause]
What do you want them to know?
[Longer Pause]
Say to them… slowly:
“I understand you.”
[Longer Pause]
“I accept you.”
[Longer Pause]
“I love you.”
[Longer Pause]
“And I forgive you.”
[Longer Pause]
Say it again.
[Longer Pause]
“I understand you.”
[Longer Pause]
“I accept you.”
[Longer Pause]
“I love you.”
[Longer Pause]
“And I forgive you.”

Let them come closer.
[Longer Pause]
Invite them into your arms.
[Longer Pause]
You hug.
[Longer Pause]
And as you hold each other…
a soft light begins to glow around you.

You are no longer separate.
[Longer Pause]
You’re becoming whole.
[Longer Pause]
Not fixed.
Just… together.

Let that light grow.
Let it merge you.
Let it hold you both in peace.

You are enough…
