Activation Thought Exercise: Becoming the Future You

Guided Embodiment of Your Feeling Words

For best results: Read this slowly, or listen with eyes closed. Breathe deeply. Let the pauses be longer than feels comfortable.


Begin by sitting comfortably. Let your hands rest open. Feel your feet on the ground.

Take a deep breath in…
And slowly exhale…

One more time.
Breathe in deeply…
Hold…
Now exhale… and let your shoulders drop.

[Pause]

Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the support of your chair.
Feel your breath enter and leave your body.
You are safe.
You are present.
You are home.

[Pause, longer]

Now, gently recall your 12 feeling words.
Each one represents a part of you, five years from now, fully alive… fully integrated… fully at peace.

[Long pause]

Let’s begin.


Mentally…
What does it feel like to be clear, or calm, or confident?
Can you let that feeling rise within your mind… as if it’s already true?

[Long pause]

Let that mental clarity wash over your thoughts.
Your nervous system knows how to carry peace.

[Pause]


Physically…
Feel your body strong, grounded, alive.
Move as if you are already living in this version of yourself.
Let your spine lengthen.
Let your breath deepen.

Just remember what it feels like to be well.

Financially…

You are secure.
You are generous and free.
What does abundance feel like in your body?
