1st Launch -optional additional fees ...what should I expect?

These additional Done-For-You services I only offer to members of the 1st Launch Monthly Membership Program.  These are usually offered only after a period of time in coaching and have you and your program ready to launch.  For example, if you want me involved daily with your Launch.  This page is to help you get an idea of the fees.   


There is a difference between being Coached and Done-For-You services:

Done-For-You is similar to hiring a Marketing Agency where they help their client handle a specific section or a project within the organization to deliver results aligned with the business's purpose.
- The Agency takes responsibility for the result and delivers.
- The Agency fixes what is not working.
- The Agency is very transactional and process-oriented.

Coaching helps the individual client to gain the abilities, skills, and mindset to deliver results for the business.
- Coaching helps the client to regain more responsibility.
- Coaching focuses on what is working and boosts confidence.
- Coaching is transformational and mindset-oriented.

For you, Coaching is being a member of the Launch membership program.  Below we will discuss how we might also add Done-For-You services when appropriate. 

The cost for Done-For-You services varies greatly.  To elevate confusion, let me assure you we will not accidentally slip into these additional services!  You will not get a surprise invoice from me!  No!  I promise we will have to discuss in detail and then you will have to formally agree before I start doing anything for you that you will have to pay for.   

Most of my Launch clients only receive coaching.  And most of the time when my clients need Done-For-You services I recommend that they seek them from someone else.  I'll help guide you in that process as a part of being a member. 

So below represents the rare times that I roll up my sleeves and I work on your business instead of coaching you how to work on your business. 

Every person is different...
Every product or service they are selling is different...
Every position they have in the marketplace is different...
.... these are all factors in setting a Win-Win price scenario.

You need to successfully sell and build your brand for the future, and you want me interested and committed to helping you accomplish your goals.  We both have skin in the game.  

Know that if I agree to provide such services I believe in you!  I also believe in what you are doing and I want to be a part of that good for the world!

The first step is to join the 1st Launch Monthly Membership Program, see below for details.  You can join this with or without adding these additional services:

If we add Done-For-You services I prefer to work for a percentage of your gross sales.  This makes our opportunity to work together low risk for you and highly motivating for me.  I don’t make money unless you do!  Here are the four categories:

10% Consulting 
20% Involved 
30% Coordinating
50% Royalty 

10%  Consult from afar.  I am on retainer to advise as needed.  

20%  Involved I’ll participate in some coursework, assist with Lives, and help moderate groups.

30%  Coordinating -I’ll be part of your team helping to run the launch and involved in service fulfillment, I will assist in coordinating your VAs and other team members.

50% This is Royalty service.  When you want to focus on other things and don’t have the bandwidth for adding a new service but you still grow this income stream.  You will not have responsibilities to do.  Your experience will be so hands-off you may only make “cameo appearances” or just lend your name and branding.  (Think how Disney licenses their assets for a cut, like Mickey Mouse on Underoos.  In this case, I’m the underwear and you are Disney.)  

A practical example of this is someone that I worked with that we will call Ted.  Ted built a following from social media that he monetized by selling his evergreen static courses.  Ted's students wanted a community to interact in and facilitated mastermind meetings.  So I built and manage the online community and facilitate the mastermind meeting for Ted.  We slit the profits for this additional product.  This costs nothing in time or effort for Ted.  Ted uses my services to leverage his rep with his audience.  Now Ted's business is infinitely scalable!  


But it all starts by joining the 1st Launch Monthly Membership Program which is a 12-month program for entrepreneurs that has an internal focus to stop self-sabotaging your success, and an external focus on the detailed scope of launch: pre-work, launch week, promise fulfillment, and post-launch debrief.  It's $5K annual membership fee (this is probably less than your daily lunch.)  It can also be paid $500 a month.  

How to get started?  I know we all say this now: I don’t accept everyone.  But we really do have to meet to see if we are a good fit.  There are many moving parts to consider and everyone’s situation is different.  The percentage prices are ballpark and services negotiable.  I have an open mind.
