Parts Therapy acknowledges that people are made of lots of parts.  You are a soul and spirit that lives in a body.  You have many aspects to your personality, some are fun on a Friday night, and others are serious and determined on a Monday morning.  You are also every age you have ever been, not unlike tree rings, where you can count from the center out and see that layer of the tree when it was 6 years old.  All that you were is still in there.  Sometimes one or more of those parts works in contradiction to your conscious awareness.  Humans are complicated!  So the companion course for this course is deeper dive into Parts Therapy:

Do you like audio?
I've recently discovered that my phone will read nearly anything to me!  I love this as I drive, work out, or do chores!  Many other devices will do this too.  On an iPhone, swipe two fingers down from the top to the middle of the screen to have Siri read the entire section to you.  If you don't already have it set up, you will need to go into Settings, Accessibility, Spoken Content, and then turn on "Speak Screen."  (I usually listen at 1.5 speed!)  It's kind of fun. Give it a try!
