Achiever! The Self-Sabotage Fix

All great Achievers had to overcome Self-Sabotage. Do you ever wonder why some people seem to accomplish whatever they want so easily? And why you sometimes hit a wall blocking your progress -or the success you achieved comes crashing down? Self Sabotage happens when a part of our mind works against the accomplishment of our goals.

Are you ready to create a new destiny for yourself?

A future where you not only want but know that you can do whatever is necessary to achieve success. Stop wishing and start doing!

You are the one who decides how much energy and time you put into your goal. If you keep creating excuses, then those excuses will become your truth. Identify your Self-Sabotage Thoughts, Feelings, Behavior, and Identity. Change it once and for all.

If you want to be successful at anything in life, you must learn how to stop self-sabotaging. Now let’s get started….. What is self-sabotage? Self-sabotage is a behavior that you use to prevent yourself from succeeding. It can be something as simple as procrastinating or being late for an important meeting, but it can also be something more severe, like sabotaging a relationship or career opportunity. Self-sabotage is a way of trying to protect yourself from pain or failure. You may not even realize that you are engaging in this behavior, but it can be very destructive.

Is this for you?

Sarah is a 35-year-old working mother who is struggling with constant feelings of self-doubt and insecurity. She has a successful career and a loving family, but she often feels like she is not good enough, and she often sabotages her own success. She was eager and willing to buy this course (well, she became a Member and the course is included at no additional cost) because she wants to overcome her self-sabotage and achieve her full potential.

David is a 40-year-old entrepreneur who is struggling with procrastination and lack of motivation. He has big dreams and ambitions, but he often finds himself putting things off or giving up on his goals. It took him two months after the consult call with Casey to decide to invest in himself and his business, but he got there!  Now he has successfully launched his first online product offering and continues to use the principles and accountability from Casey to counter the old established habit patterns of self-sabotage.

Jenny is a 28-year-old recent college graduate who, although has her license as a therapist, is struggling with imposter syndrome. She feels like she doesn't belong in her job or in her social circle, and she often doubts her abilities and worth. She had a free consult call with Casey, implementing some of the valuable insights he gave her (no cost), and later joined his membership for clinicians and coaches to continue the work of overcoming her self-sabotage and building a more fulfilling and confident online private practice!

Mark is a 45-year-old executive who is a high-functioning autistic person, but struggling with perfectionism and overthinking. He is successful in his career, but he often sets impossibly high standards for himself, and he is constantly second-guessing his decisions. He joined the coaching program eagerly and is focused on implementing practical strategies to overcome his self-sabotage and achieve greater success and satisfaction in his work and personal life.

Lisa is a 50-year-old artist who is struggling with fear of failure and fear of success. She has always dreamed of pursuing her art full-time, but she has never felt brave enough to take the leap. She has even tried teaching her art style before, as many people expressed a desire to learn it, but different issues would come up at the last minute that would cancel that class.  In her discovery call with Casey, she finally accepted that the only common denominator in all those equations was her!  Instead of buying the course she invested in the monthly membership for teachers of art and is learning how to overcome her self-sabotage and follow her passion.

Below is the Core Content of the program only. This program is a membership into something more!

Consensus Therapy: How to fix all your broken parts

What is Consensus Therapy? You may have heard of parts therapy, an understanding that every human comprises many parts.

But what do we do with that understanding? Our working definition of self-sabotage is that some parts act incongruent with other parts' goals.

Now we must work towards a consensus of our parts to be congruent like two lines on a highway -going in the same direction!
