What is Consensus Therapy? You may have heard of parts therapy, which is an understanding that every human comprises many parts.

Body, Soul, Spirit.

Mind, Will, Emotion.

And like tree rings, who we were at every age we have ever been is still inside us.

But what do we do with that understanding? Our working definition of self-sabotage is that some parts act incongruent with other parts' goals.

Now we need to work towards a consensus of our parts so we are congruent like two lines on a highway -going the same direction!
