Hey all!

Guilt-Motivation affects most -if not all- of us.  Yuck!

It is responsible for sabotaging ourselves.  What's the fix?  Check out the next section in the Achiever: Self-Sabotage Fix course called Shameless:  How to Overcome Guilt Motivation!  (Taste a free sample below!)

This section could be a stand-alone course, but I decided to put it in the Sabotage course as it's just such a good fit.

This link takes you directly to the new section.  It has an audio I just recorded that leads you through a Thought Activation Exercise to immediately release old guilt and false guilt and to instantaneously deal with future guilt so you no longer carry it with you.  This is what has been sabotaging you!

Check that out!  If you are a member you get access for FREE!

See you soon,

Conclusion:
Now that you understand guilt-based motivation, your next step is to understand your personal root causes of guilt.  It’s best to get help in exploring the psychological and social factors that contribute to guilt motivation.

You have some internal work to do.  After identifying the signs of guilt motivation, you will learn to recognize the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that signal the presence of that wrong motivation and switch it to something better!
Use the Shameless Meditation in this section several times and as needed in the future to overcome guilt through self-compassion: developing a more compassionate and understanding relationship with yourself.  You will reframe guilt-inducing thoughts and learn how to challenge and reframe negative and self-blaming thoughts.

Next is external work: setting healthy boundaries: learning how to set and maintain healthy boundaries with others in order to reduce guilt and increase self-respect
Dealing with external pressure: developing strategies for managing and resisting external pressure to feel guilty.  You will find alternative sources of motivation by exploring other sources of motivation and fulfillment that do not involve guilt.  You will actively practice self-care: learning how to prioritize self-care and self-compassion in order to reduce guilt and increase well-being.

After bringing both the internal and external work altogether, it’s time for the final phase of growth and fulfillment as you set goals for on track with your destiny!
