Your Family Support Plan (FSP) is your personal communication tool and agreement with your addicted loved one. And it's more than that! Read on to discover more!
Your written Family (Friends, Loved Ones) Support Plan (FSP) is the PRODUCT of this program experience. Print it and fill it out by hand, or download it and type in it on your device and then print it out.
Hold it in your hand. Keep it in a safe but nearby place you can refer to often in the months and years to come.
Revisit and update it as needed. Consider it a fluid document that adjusts over time, usually in response to your addicted loved one's choices. Good choices = reduction of submission to Structure, Accountability, and Support (SAS), and bad choices = additional restrictions.
