Panic is the enemy of Contentment

For over a decade my clients report a huge benefit to the approach I taught them for Panic Attacks.  If you have ever had a PA it feels like TOO MUCH ENERGY around your head.  The energy isn't bad --you can use it!  It just needs to get evenly distributed around the body.  You can close your eyes and make up a visual for the energy --like thousands of bright blue tiny lightning bolts.

Use your hands to squeeze your head.  As you exhale three long breaths see the energy travel slowly down to your toes and fill all the areas that are lacking energy and feeling weak (because of the PA).  Each of the three exhales gradually loosen the squeeze you have on your head and on the third one be so subtle and gentle that you almost don't feel you move your hand off your head to rest on your lap.

You have just used your creative imagination to reprogram your subconscious mind with what you want to happen.  You can open your eyes and then go about your day.  Some people have instantaneous results and for others it happens gradually.

See you soon,
