Massive Update: The Relapse Prevention Plan Has Been Completely Rebuilt

I have completed a major rebuild of my Relapse Prevention Plan program—and current members already have access at no additional cost.
This is no longer a short collection of relapse-prevention handouts. It is now a complete, action-focused system for building, using, testing, and continually revising a personal RPP.
The Biggest Addition: Your RPP AI Companion
You can now download the RPP AI Companion and use it with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or another AI that accepts document uploads.
The AI Companion can:
Interview you one question at a time
Explain questions in plain language
Help you remember and examine real situations
Challenge vague or generic answers
Turn your own responses into clear proposed RPP language
Help identify warning signs, triggers, justifications, and gaps
Conduct weekly reviews
Help prepare conversations with your counselor or SAS Team
Draft proposed updates as your life and recovery change
The AI can help with the thinking, journaling, organizing, and writing—but it is specifically instructed not to invent your personal answers or create a fake generic plan for you.
You provide the truth. The AI helps you turn it into something usable.
The New RPP Workbook
The rebuilt workbook is now a complete living recovery plan covering:
Your personal return-to-use progression
Observable and private warning signs
Internal and external triggers
Access involving people, places, money, transportation, and technology
The exact justifications your mind uses
P.E.A.C.E. for high-risk moments
Regulation and urge-response actions
Your normal Plan A recovery structure
Recovery capital
Health, medication, sleep, pain, and professional care
Relationships, boundaries, and rebuilding trust
Goals, enjoyment, meaning, and purpose
Building and training your SAS Team
The Wall and loss of early recovery momentum
Escalation Plans A through F
Emergency and return-to-use responses
A One-Page Recovery Protection Plan for quick use
A Personalized Weekly Recovery Check-In
The old generic recovery checklist has been replaced.
Your new Weekly Recovery Check-In is built directly from your Plan A. You choose the recovery actions your written plan says you need, set realistic goals, track what actually happens, and use the results to revise your RPP.
You are no longer tracking somebody else’s idea of recovery.
Supporting Video Teachings
I have also brought my three-part Beast Brain and Relapse Prevention teaching series into the program as supporting material.
These videos explain the Beast Brain metaphor, relapse progression, the limits of willpower, boundaries, and why Structure, Accountability, and Support must be established before the situation becomes urgent.
The Standard Has Changed
The RPP is no longer treated as a worksheet you complete near discharge and place in a drawer.
It begins now.
It changes as your risks, supports, relationships, health, responsibilities, and recovery change.
The governing rule is:
If an important risk, response, boundary, support, or decision is not written in your RPP, it is not yet part of your plan.
AI conversations, group discussions, videos, insights, and good intentions only count when they lead to written action.
Current Members Already Have Access
If you are already a member, the entire updated RPP program is included with your membership at no additional cost.

Download the new Workbook, Weekly Recovery Check-In, and AI Companion—even if you completed the previous version. This is a substantial rebuild, not a minor revision.
