The root I've found in people with problem anger is they have not properly cared for themselves.  By that I mean ALL parts of themselves.  Their child within.  The part of them that perceived injustice or went through the abuse, neglect, trauma, etc.

This is the very part that they are rejecting, the part of themselves that needs acceptance so desperately.

Together you and I will accept and bring back into the fold this rejected part.  We will work to heal up that part.  You will finally forgive and love every part of yourself.
